Generally  we ship within two to three business days. Most of the orders we receive are shipped same day.

We are unable to issue refunds for products returned soiled, damaged, or missing parts.

Orders canceled after they've shipped will be treated as returns.

We recommend to use a shipping method that provides tracking so you can check the status of your return. Please allow 10-15 business days to inspect your return and process your refund.
