Import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from shipping cost we quote and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are extra and payable by buyer to your government.

Return Policy/Warranty

eezs.com hopes every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. We offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We warranty all products for 30 days against any manufacturing defect. If for any other reason, you are not happy with our products, within 15 days after receiving it please contact us, we will gladly facilitate a return and refund the cost less shipping. Please allow 10-15 business days to inspect your return and process your refund.

We are unable to issue refunds for products returned soiled, damaged, or missing parts.

Free Shipping Items ( Shipping cost is included in the item cost and will be deducted in the refund. )

Orders canceled after they've shipped will be treated as returns.
